The purpose of transition services is to bridge the knowledge, skills, and supports developed during public school years to adult activities and supports. The goal is to provide effective and appropriate transition services that are individualized for each student. Proper training and technical assistance, that promotes sustainability, is the vehicle to quality transition and accountability.
